Duties: Office management, owner accounting, marketing
Experience: 17 years in Real Estate and management experience
Education: BA English, University of Kansas; Secondary Education Degree, Park University; Missouri Broker’s License held since 1999
Interests: Spending time with my son and husband, reading, gardening, show dogs, and watching the Royals.
Affiliations: Current President of the local Kansas City Metro National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) Chapter; Member of NARPM at the National level; Secretary for the USASA Board of Directors.
Title: Broker & New Owner Services
Duties: New Owner Marketing & Services
Experience: Real Estate sales, investment management
Education: BS Business Management, Columbia College; Missouri Broker’s License; Kansas Real Estate License, 2000
Interests: I spend most of my free time with my husband and twin girls. I love to travel, meet new people, scuba dive, play tennis, exercise and relax on a beach.
Affiliations: Member of the local Kansas City Metro National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) Chapter; Member of NARPM at the National level; Member of the National Association of Realtors and KCRAR.
Title: Resident Services
Duties: Show properties, move-in, move-out inspections, property turn coordination, lease renewal inspections
Experience: 25 years in marketing & management
Education: BS in Marketing, with emphasis in Management
Interests: Spending time with my husband, 6 children and three puppies. Love to watch sports, read and be outdoors.
Title: Resident Services
Duties: Show properties, move-in and move-out procedures, property turns
Experience: 15 years customer service, 8 years decorating/merchandizing
Education: BA Interior Design, Park University
Interests: I love to spend time with my family. We spend a lot of time outdoors. My hobbies include photography, cooking , art and design.
Title: Administrative Coordinator
Duties: Coordinate maintenance for tenants, owners and vendors. Process rent payments, collections and tenant accounts.
Experience: 15+ years in Customer Service and Office Administration
Interests: Watching my son play football and play the Tuba in the marching band, watching TV, crocheting, and spending time with my friends and family.
Duties: Office Information, Answering Property phone and email inquiries, logging property traffic for owners weekly detail report.
Experience: 30+ years Sr. Admin, Legal Asst, Paralegal and Court Stenographer.
Interests: I love spending time with now 4 grandchildren, 2 dogs, teaching adult cooking, reading, travel to warm destinations and hospitality/small group leader for church women’s ministry.
