Click on a property for more specific details.  This list is updated frequently.

Pending – properties that have an application in progress.  If a property is marked pending, you may still view it and place a back up application.  If the application on the property is not accepted, the next application is processed.  Application are processed in the order they are received.

As Is – an appliance such as refrigerator, washer or dryer that come with the property but will not be repaired or replaced should it break during your lease.

Important Notes:

• Classic Property Management does not use Craigslist for advertising of any homes for rent or any other services.  If you find one of our homes listed on Craigslist, please report it and note that the information regarding the home is most likely inaccurate.
• Classic Property Management will not request any type of security or hold deposit on any property prior to an approved application and a signed property hold.  If you are ever asked to give a sum of money to hold a property prior to submitting an application, please contact our office immediately.

ALL of our properties are NO SMOKING.  No smoking is allowed inside the properties, including garages.  Any damage related to smoking will be at the tenant’s expense.

BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION: Visit the Application page for details on rental criteria and submitting an application.  Please make sure to view the property prior to signing our Property Hold Agreement.  Once signed, this money is non-refundable.
